Story Behind This Product
In the world of beauty, the struggle with leaking makeup oil pumps has been a persistent issue. Challenges such as poor sealing, unsuitable materials, flawed designs, and improper usage lead to frustrating leaks and spills. Our mission was to solve these problems and enhance the user experience.
We tackled the material issue head-on by conducting extensive experiments to find the ideal sealing material for oil-based products. Our research led us to PBT, known for its chemical resistance and durability. After rigorous testing, we identified the most stable grade of PBT, ensuring perfect sealing for oil products, except those containing isododecane or isohexadecane.
Building on this foundation, we innovated with an external spring structure, as detailed in our patent, and aligned our design with market and consumer demands. This resulted in a pump dispensing the optimal 1cc dose for makeup removal oils.
We didn’t stop there. We addressed another common issue: the drips from low-viscosity oils after use, which negatively impact user experience. By refining our pump’s design, we introduced a back-suction feature, preventing drips and ensuring a clean, efficient application every time.
